Applications

The following supporting information/ documentation will be required from all shortlisted candidates :

 

1. A certified copy of the applicant’s most recent Academic Results 

2. Proof of Income of the person supporting the applicant as follows:

 

· An original recent pay slip of each of the parent/s/ person/s and/or guardian/s of the applicant (“the supporting persons”) or of the applicant him/herself if he/she is self- supporting.

· If any of the supporting persons are pensioner/s or disabled please provide a copy of an official pension/disability deposit slip or bank statement evidencing  pension or disability payments;

· If any of the supporting persons or the applicant operate in the informal trading sector, please provide an affidavit attesting to this and provide an income statement of such operation;

· If any of the supporting persons or the applicant are unemployed, please provide official proof (e.g. UIF document) or affidavit confirming this;

· If parents or guardians are divorced or separated, please provide an affidavit from each of them to that effect or a certified copy of the divorce order;

· If the applicant is supported by someone other than his/her parents, please provide an affidavit explaining the circumstances.
